How sad! This is absolutely horrific... I cannot imagine the trauma and pain his parents have been through. The conviction of manslaughter brings to count those responsible for such negligence but the child's parents face a lifetime of heartbreak of living without their son. May those who are entrusted with the care of other people's children but lack heart and sense learn from this.
