As for the story you’ve mentioned, I’ve written housing stories for much of my career so I’m keen on highlighting them. Like you, I also felt it was a shift in how tenants take on housing associations which have long been mistreating tenants with impunity. But yes, as the climate change crisis gets worse, unbearably hot homes will certainly be another critical issue to add to the table.
